At SpaceGen Aviation Hyderabad, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. We partner exclusively with reputable courier services to ensure the swift and safe arrival of your products. While we aim to dispatch all items in a single shipment, certain circumstances, such as product availability or specific characteristics, may necessitate separate deliveries. Should this occur, we will notify you in advance.

Shipping Partners

We primarily utilize BlueDart or Shiprocket to facilitate our deliveries. However, should you require shipment to remote locations not adequately covered by our standard partners, we may, upon special request, arrange shipping through EMS Speed Post. Please note, though, that this option is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, as each parcel is subject to verification by postal authorities. Should the contents of the shipment raise concerns, acceptance may be declined by the postal service.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Our team endeavors to process and ship your order on the same day it is placed, with 99% of orders dispatched within 24 hours. We operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

For orders placed before 1:00 PM, we strive for same-day shipping, except on Sundays and public holidays. Shipments handled by Blue Dart that are created before 2:00 PM are typically picked up the same day; otherwise, they will be collected the next business day.

While we aim for delivery within 2-5 days across India, please be aware that actual delivery times are influenced by the shipping companies' operational procedures and transit protocols, which are beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance to accommodate potential delays, particularly for time-sensitive deliveries.
